We refreshed this backyard in Bedford by bringing in fill to raise its elevation and fill in unused garden beds. We then regraded the entire backyard to control erosion and the flow of storm water before spreading screened topsoil to prepare for new grass. Finally, we aerated the existing lawn, built a new stone pathway, and spread new seed to create a lush, beautiful, and usable back yard.
We transformed this yard in Lexington by removing all of the old, dead bushes around the front porch before installing all new shrubs and perennials to reestablish the home's curb appeal. In the backyard, our team installed a new hedge using green giant arborvitaes to make this backyard private and provide an elegant border to our clients property.
Our team planted several new spruce trees to give this backyard some privacy. To cap it off, we regraded and reseeded the backyard to create a lush new lawn and planted a variety of perennials to give the yard year round color.
We turned this previously unusable, ledge filled corner of a property in Bedford into an inviting patio and fire pit area. We removed all of the existing vegetation, excavated away all of the top soil, and brought in 3/4" crushed stone for a base. We then laid 100 square feet of gray pavers with a contrasting black border. Finally, we sealed the new patio off with polymeric joint sand, and regraded and reseeded the area around the patio to ensure a smooth transition from the lawn to the new patio.
We hand built this bee hive stand and shelter structure for a client in Bedford. We dug to secure the legs of the stand approximately three feet into the ground before installing the stand and building a stone pad around it. We also installed some stepping stones leading to the hive, planted some flowering shrubs and perennials, and installed a new bird bath to finish off the area.

Our team can handle all of your utility needs. On the left, we dug a 270 foot trench to help a client convert their home from oil to natural gas heat. We installed a 6" PVC sleeve for the gas line to allow the utility company to feed their line from the street to the house. On the right, we dug a 60 foot trench for a new electrical service for a new detached gargage.
